Quality Assurance

In an environment increasingly adopting a “zero tolerance to failure“ then “getting it right first time, every time” is a key performance objective.

Right from the beginning, the management systems of Inox Tech were developed based on the principles included in the ISO 9000 Quality Assurance system.  The quality management systems were accredited soon after full production was achieved in 1995.  Today, the quality management systems are certified in accordance with ISO 9001:2000. by Det Norske Veritas.

This certification is an important recognition of the Company’s commitment and dedication to quality on both product and customer service levels.  At the same time it is also an assurance for every customer of Inox Tech.
All the tests and inspections required by international or customer’s specifications can be carried out by the Inox Tech, in accordance with the main standards and codes (e.g. ASME, ASTM, DIN, AFNOR).  This testing includes hydrostatic, dye penetrant, X-Ray, ultrasonic and eddy current non-destructive examinations; mechanical and corrosion tests; metallographic investigations and chemical analysis,
All the products of Inox Tech are accompanied by a mill material certificate issued in accordance with the European standard EN 10204.

Every single pipe is identified by Inkjet marking and this also confirms that the required controls have been completed.
