The requirements of you, as a customer, vary in quantity, pipe size and required lead-time, though the demands for high quality and good service is a constant.  To meet these supply chain challenges, Inox Tech has specified flexible manufacturing facilities so that “the right equipment for the right job” is always available. Inox Tech has invested in the most advanced production equipment in order to gain a significant competitive advantage.

For each stage of the production process, Inox Tech has number of similar or complementary production lines.  The manufacturing facilities are designed so that various welding processes (automatic plasma, GTAW, MIG, and SAW) can be used to suit the type and thickness of the material to be welded and to meet customer’s specifications.

An enterprise wide computer system controls every single stage of the production process through precision cutting, folding, welding, calibrating and finishing.  This control guarantees the uniformity and accuracy of the production processes required for high quality products and ensures that the pipes meet international or customer’s specifications.

The unique position of Inox Tech is that most of the manufacturing facilities have been designed and produced especially for it by a sister company within the RONDA Group.  This Group Company specialises in the production of stainless steel forming, machining and handling equipment.  Inox Tech can thus directly benefit from techniques and knowledge gained in the manufacture of a wide variety of other product forms.
